We're hiring an experienced Interview Coordinator to support a high-performing talent team within a global tech environment.
This is a fast-paced, highly operational role where you'll take ownership of end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple regions. You'll be managing complex calendars, coordinating across time zones, and ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.
What you'll be doing:
* Coordinating a high volume of interviews (virtual, phone and onsite)
* Managing complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones
* Acting as the central point of contact throughout the interview process
* Handling candidate communications with professionalism and care
* Supporting with logistics including travel and interview setup
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in a high-volume interview coordination or scheduling role
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
* Experience supporting hiring across different regions/time zones
* Clear, professional communication skills
