Mode Search is partnering with a distinguished luxury homewares brand to support the search for a dynamic and commercially driven Wholesale Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing brand that creates beautifully crafted products, bringing a sense of meaning and celebration to everyday living.
This is a full-time, 5 days in-office position based in London. The Wholesale Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO/Creative Director and the Operations Director. The role involves frequent travel Internationally to meet clients and attend relevant industry events and meetings.
A generous commission scheme is offered as part of the compensation package.
The Role
* Develop and execute a wholesale sales strategy to drive global growth
* Proactively identify and onboard new wholesale partners
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise sales potential
* Manage wholesale operations including orders, invoicing, and payments
* Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and product alignment
* Analyse sell-through and provide insight-led recommendations to buyers and internal teams
* Represent the brand at trade shows, showrooms, and client meetings
* Deliver wholesale reporting and own the P&L performance
* Coordinate with marketing to ensure brand consistency across B2B communications
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a wholesale sales role within a luxury lifestyle or homewares brand
* Demonstrated ability to drive sales and convert prospects into key accounts
* Skilled in client negotiation, contract management, and revenue growth
* Confident presenter with strong storytelling and relationship-building skills
* Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong commercial acumen
* Flexibility to travel frequently for client visits and industry events
* Existing relationships with key wholesale accounts is a strong advantage
