An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading building services provider on a prestigious commercial site in the City of London.
This role is ideal for an electrically qualified engineer holding City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualifications, who is multi-skilled with strong all-round building services maintenance knowledge and proven supervisory or lead engineer experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance
2. Single & Three Phase Power systems
3. Motors & Generators (on/off load testing)
4. UPS systems
5. LV/HV switching and shutdown procedures
6. Switchgear maintenance
7. Emergency lighting & fire alarm testing
8. AHUs, FCUs, VAVs
9. Sprinkler systems
10. Pumps, belts, bearings & seals
11. BMS operation
12. Carrying out isolation of plant and systems in line with safety requirements
13. Ensuring corrective and repair works comply with regulations
14. Promoting safe working practices and quality standards
15. Organising and managing subcontractors
16. Completing logbooks and RAMS
