PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Booking Data Analyst supports the Customer Event Manager in delivering service performance and customer outcomes within their assigned event area This role ensures all customer activities and operational processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with company standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements. The position is responsible for monitoring daily operations, supporting issue resolution, preparing performance reports, and collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams to maintain high-quality, cost-effective service delivery. The Booking DataAnalyst also contributes to process improvements, data analysis, and operational readiness for new initiatives and product or regulatory changes. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the booking process with internal and external partner teams (EXL) for meter installations, exchanges, and maintenance appointments. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are prioritised effectively to drive the right business (revenue) and customer outcomes. Monitor MPM & appointment inboxes/queries and ensure timely completion of bookings within agreed SLAs. Support the introduction of new booking processes or improvements. Monitor data quality, identify issues, and correct errors in customer or meter information working with Data teams, CXMs and MPMs. Support data cleansing projects as required by the Customer Event Manager. Ensure all customer records reflect real-time status of appointments, meter events, and communications. Produce regular data integrity and quality reports for management review. Communicate clearly with internal teams regarding appointment details. Cooperate with health and safety audits, inspections, and assessments. Provide feedback on health and safety practices and suggest improvements. Encourage colleagues to follow health and safety practices. Lead by example in promoting a culture of safety and well-being. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Previous experience of working with SMEs with turnover between £20-£100M desirable. Have Utility (Gas/Electricity) experience (*) Experience in speaking to customers and having assertive conversations Good communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to liaise with people at all levels. Excellent attention to detail. Have a pragmatic approach to problem solving using initiative and tenacity to succeed.
