Mechanical Project Manager – Hampshire
£70,000 – £80,000 depending on experience + Company Car or Allowance + Benefits
We are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and growing M&E Building Services contractor based in Hampshire. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking to take ownership of healthcare and medium-scale commercial projects across the South East and London, from inception through to completion.
You’ll enjoy a varied working week, splitting time between site, office, and occasional working from home. The role offers full involvement from inception to completion, delivering a mix of pre-designed and design & build projects valued between £250k and £2.5m.
The role of Mechanical Project Manager will include:
* Taking ownership of mechanical projects from inception to completion
* Delivering a mix of pre-designed and D&B schemes
* Supporting and mentoring less experienced staff
* Conducting site surveys, managing variations, and adopting a hands-on approach when required
* Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Maintaining compliance with all health & safety requirements and company policies
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager delivering projects in the region of £250k–£2.5m
* Flexibility to travel across the South East and London
* A collaborative, positive attitude with the desire to develop and progress
* Ability to balance office and site responsibilities, with a hands-on approach where needed
This opportunity would also suit those currently working as a Senior Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Contracts Manager, or M&E Project Manager within the Building Services sector.
Package on offer:
* Salary £70,000 – £80,000 depending on experience
