Hours:
* Term-time: 6-26 hours per week (before school & after school & evening classes) 7:15am-9am & 3pm - 6pm Mon-Fri
* School Holidays: 40+ hours per week available (optional)
Pay
* Hourly pay: £12.25 to £13.50 per hour (Based on performance)
Preferred requirements for the role
* Qualified Level 1 Sports Coach (any sport)
* 2+ years coaching experience
* Passionate about this line of work
Responsibilities of the role
* Coaching after school & evening sessions in sports such as Football, Multi-Sports and Gymnastics
* Working with our company values in mind
* Ensure the safety of children during sports sessions
* Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate sessions
Experience:
* Previous experience in sports coaching or relevant field
* Strong knowledge of different sports techniques, rules, and strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with athletes of all ages
* Strong organizational skills to plan and manage training schedules and competitions
* Patience, resilience, and adaptability when working with young children.
