Key Responsibilities As a Chef de Partie, you will: - Take responsibility for a section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to our high standards. - Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain the smooth operation of your section during service. - Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety standards. - Contribute to menu development, bringing your ideas and creativity to the table. - Train and mentor junior chefs in your section, supporting their growth and development.
