 
        
        We are recruiting a part-time Fees and Finance Administrator to work 20 hours per week over 3 or 5 days. This is a full year role, however there will be points in the year you will need to work full-time i.e. during audits, the end and start of the new school year.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. Administer student fee billing, payments, and refunds with accuracy and efficiency
 2. Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts in line with institutional policies
 3. Working knowledge of VAT regulations and their application in a school or charitable context.
 4. Liaise with students, parents, and external agencies regarding fee queries and payment plans
 5. Support the finance team with reporting, audits, and compliance tasks
 6. Contribute to process improvements and ensure data integrity across systems
What We’re Looking For:
 7. Experience in finance administration, preferably in an educational or public sector setting
 8. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
 9. Excellent communication and customer service abilities
 10. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
 11. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
