HR Advisor
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within the HR team, assisting with the full employee lifecycle. You will support managers and employees while ensuring HR practices align with the organisation’s values, objectives, and best practices.
Duties will include but not limited to:
1. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
2. Manage employee relations cases, including performance, absence, and disciplinary matters.
3. Delivering operational HR support across the employee lifecycle
4. Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
5. Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
6. Contribute to projects aimed at improving workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
7. General administration duties and support of the payroll function.
Key Skills
8. CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
9. Previous HR experience within similar role
10. Employee relations exposure
11. Strong communication and organisational skills
12. Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role within Supply Chain is an advantage.
