Role Introduction
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and dynamic clinical assistants to join The Neighbourhood Teams covering the west of Leeds. Areas we cover include Woodsley, Holt Park, Yeadon, Armley, and the surrounds. We provide care in patients' homes, enabling early discharge from hospital and reducing hospital admissions.
When you join us, we will work with you to develop your personal development plan. We also offer career progression opportunities to develop your clinical skills and support you through the Care Certificate.
The service operates from 7am to 10pm daily with various shift patterns. We understand that people have busy lives and offer flexible work opportunities.

Main Duties of the role
You will work in a multidisciplinary team of nurses, therapists, and self-management facilitators, providing care to patients in their own homes.
You will assess and respond to the changing needs of patients, working within your own limits and seeking support from the wider clinical team where appropriate.
You will provide clinical support, such as administering medications, undertaking wound care, and carrying out observations.
This role requires a full driving license and use of your own vehicle, which is essential for the role.
