?? Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10:30pm - 6:30am (37.5 hours per week)
?? Pay: £15.00 per hour
?? Contract: 12-week temp to perm

?? About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy and established warehouse team in Harlow. This is a night shift role offering long-term stability, with a permanent contract and pay increase after 12 weeks.
?? Key Responsibilities:
?? Picking and packing customer orders
?? Replenishing stock across the warehouse
?? Loading vehicles safely using a Counterbalance FLT
?? Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
?? Following all site Health & Safety procedures
?? Requirements:
?? Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date)
?? Previous warehouse or distribution experience
?? Ability to work night shifts reliably
?? High attention to detail
?? Positive attitude and strong team ethic
