Role Overview: We are seeking an ambitious and proactive Associate to join our Research & Delivery team and play a vital role in the successful execution of search and mandates. You will support our Partners in identifying and engaging senior-level talent, assessing candidates, and ensuring smooth delivery of assignments. Partnering primarily with one of our Co-Founders, you will have the opportunity to learn and further develop your skill set as well as contributing to building lasting relationships and delivering the exceptional outcomes for which STOIX is known. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys the challenge of executive search delivery and is keen to find a role that will allow them to take ownership within the delivery process, equipped with the tools to make this easier and the support to continue their own personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market Research & Mapping: Conduct in-depth research to identify target organisations, markets, and candidate pools for each assignment.
* Candidate Sourcing & Engagement: Source, approach, and build relationships with senior finance professionals through a variety of channels, including direct headhunting, database searches, and professional networks.
* Candidate Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
* Client Interaction: Support Partners in managing client relationships, including preparing updates, participating in or leading calls, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the search process.
* Project Delivery: Take ownership of the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring deadlines are met and a seamless experience is provided to both clients and candidates.
* Insight & Reporting: Share market insights and candidate feedback with consultants and clients, contributing to the strategic direction of assignments.
* Knowledge Management: Maintain accurate records of research, candidate engagement, and market intelligence to strengthen STOIX’s collective expertise.
