New supplier onboarding Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new brands across all Next systems. Meet onboarding performance targets (e.g., Supplier Setup, PIF receipt, Imagery, First Delivery, Online Launch) to ensure timely actions and resolve issues Ensure that key online information is gathered such as size guides Complete the Next Supplier OnBoarding (NSOB) process with brands and finance quickly and efficiently. Lead clear onboarding calls Provide onboarding progress reporting to the branded team Brand Maintenance Manage brand changes (e.g., model types, Label additions) across systems. Respond to helpdesk tickets. Ensure that databases are accurately updated. Globalscape reporting Ensure brands receive Globalscape reports (Daily Sales, Weekly Sales, Weekly Stock) via BIS teams. Manage changes to Globalscape reporting (brand access, supplier codes). International Inclusions / Exclusion Align product system to accurately reflect the availability by country & brand Ensure online availability matches inclusion/exclusion criteria. Use reporting to identify international sales growth opportunities. Documentation Make sure that our onboarding documentation compellingly reflects the Label ways of working. Keep the external branded helpdesk up-to-date Keep Thrive Training material current. The day to day Take all opportunities to identify and implement improved ways of working within the areas you contribute to. Networking Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About You: You’ll bring strong attention to detail and a natural confidence when working in a customer-facing role. Comfortable communicating directly with brands of all sizes, you’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships. You’re commercially aware, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. A good working knowledge of Excel, including Vlookups and basic formulas, will help you succeed in this role.
