Customer Service Executive

We're recruiting a proactive and organised Customer Service Executive to join a busy office team within a growing business.
This is a varied role combining customer service, administration, and sales order processing, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Processing customer orders and invoices for UK and European clients
Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries
Managing stock updates and coordinating deliveries/collections
Supporting returns, credits, and courier administration
Liaising with warehouse, sales, and operations teams
Providing general office and administrative support
About you:
Previous customer service and administration experience
Strong organisational and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Microsoft Office (Sage experience beneficial)
Team player with a proactive, flexible approach
