Position Title: Property Solicitor/Legal Executive/Conveyancer - 1-4 years

The role:
Our client, a bespoke firm close to Richmond, is seeking to employ a solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in their Residential Conveyancing department.
The successful applicant will utilise their knowledge and expertise, handling a wide caseload of to include:

* Sales and purchases
\t
* Remortgages
\t
* Transfers of equity
\t
* Freehold and leasehold matters
The Candidate
\t
* 1-4 years PQE within the area of Residential Conveyancing
\t
* Advantage if you have commercial property experience
\t
* Works well under pressure
\t
* Excellent client care skills
\t
* Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
\t
* Able to explain matters in clear, accessible language
\t
* Ability to manage a busy, varied caseload (ideally including high net worth clients), with efficiency and care.
