Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Head of Sales role for the West Midlands region. The Head of Sales will oversee and drive sales strategies to achieve business growth and build strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include creating actionable plans to reach sales targets, managing customer accounts, and working collaboratively with other departments to meet the company's objectives.
Qualifications
* Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management expertise, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Prior experience in the Care Homes sales sector
