A leading digital agency in Manchester is looking for a Paid Media Executive to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ years’ experience in paid media who is eager to take on more responsibility and expand their knowledge across multiple channels. If you have experience in one paid media channel and are keen to learn others, the company will provide full training and support to help you grow your career.
Responsibilities
* Support the management of client accounts across Search, Shopping, Display, and Paid Social channels.
* Assist in creating tailored account plans, budget recommendations, and performance reports to drive client results.
* Collaborate with clients to ensure campaigns and recommendations align with their business objectives.
* Monitor account performance, providing clear analysis, insights, and reporting.
* Help ensure accurate tracking and attribution are in place for all Paid Media activity.
* Attend client calls and meetings, providing updates on performance and ongoing activity.
* Support media budget management, including month-end reconciliation and administration.
* Take ownership of your personal development, identifying skill gaps and sharing knowledge within the team.
* Proactively suggest new ideas and improvements to enhance client performance.
* Contribute to strategy reviews, sharing insights and identifying opportunities alongside other channel teams.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience managing paid campaigns (agency or in-house).
* Experience optimising campaigns, reporting on performance, and making recommendations.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain Paid Media concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Understanding of Paid Social platforms and/or Google Ads, with a willingness to learn additional channels.
* Knowledge of digital marketing across B2C and B2B business models is a plus.
* Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented.
* Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (comfortable with formulas such as VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.).
* A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ambition to test new ideas and embrace new ways of working.
