Job Description
3. Process income transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
4. Assist in the preparation and submission of Gift Aid claims.
5. Reconcile income reports and resolve discrepancies.
6. Support the Accounting & Finance department with financial data analysis.
7. Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to improve income processing systems.
9. Provide administrative support for accounting and finance tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Income and Gift Aid Accountant Assistant should have:
10. Part qualified accountant or working towards their qualification
11. Has worked with large data set and high volume transactions
12. Knowledge or willingness to learn about Gift Aid regulations.
13. Strong organisational and analytical skills.
14. A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
15. Interest in working within the Not For Profit sector.
