WHO WERE LOOKING FOR QTS / QTLS teachers seeking a more meaningful way to teach Tutors, HLTAs & experienced education professionals Strong UK curriculum knowledge Confident behaviour management & adaptability Patient, relationship-focused approach MUST HAVE: Experience working with children or young people Minimum 2 days availability per week Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (business insurance) Right to work in the UK WHAT WE OFFER Employed roles: £30,000£38,000 per year (term-time, 40 weeks) Self-employed roles: £15£35 per hour Ongoing safeguarding-led support A truly rewarding role where small wins matter This isnt about fitting pupils into a system.
