Job Description Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency Location: Northumberland Heath, DA8 Salary: OTE £ 40k Position: Permanent – Full Time An energetic and experienced Lettings Manager is required for a local independent Estate and Lettings Agency based in the Northumberland Heath area. The manager will be responsible for running the Lettings team, encouraging them, developing them and motivating them as well as illustrating the benefits of maintaining relationships with Landlords, Tenants and applicants. You will be responsible for winning new instructions and helping the negotiators to close deals. The right candidate will be well presented and be a results ’ driven individual with a genuine passion for the property industry. You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a busy environment. You will be capable to work to targets with a proven track record as a Lettings Manager.
