Property Assistant – Nottingham (PBSA)

Salary: Up to £25,500 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days, including occasional weekends)

The Role
We're looking for a motivated Property Assistant to join our Nottingham team, working across two sites located in walking distance to each other. Working closely with the City Manager, you'll be at the heart of our Operations — helping convert enquiries into bookings, supporting property management, and helping us achieve 100% occupancy.
Key Responsibilities
* Convert customer enquiries into confirmed room bookings.
* Deliver an exceptional student experience by providing outstanding service and resolving queries or complaints quickly.
* Achieve and exceed KPIs related to occupancy and bookings.
* Assist with property management, compliance checks, and day-to-day building operations.
* Support the maintenance team to ensure all health, safety, and compliance obligations are met.
* Keep up to date with trends in the student accommodation and lettings market.
* Chase rent arrears professionally and effectively.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and operational goals.
About You
* Previous PBSA experience.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Confident multitasker, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated, positive, and target-driven.
* Competent with IT systems and property management software.
* Full UK driving license (occasional travel to other sites may be required).
