We are looking for Drivers to join our friendly home delivery and collection team. Previous experience in the industry is an advantage. However, if you are honest, reliable and have a can-do attitude, with a commitment to exceptional customer service then full training can be provided for the right candidates.
This is working for a family owned and run Company. The role is customer facing and will involve working as part of a two man team, delivering and collecting furniture.
Main Requirements of the Role:
· Completing all aspects of a delivery crew role, including loading, securing and delivering furniture
· Working effectively as part of a team
· Being responsible for driving, loading, and maintaining company vehicles
· Being able to risk assess and recognise potential issues in advance and provide appropriate and safe solutions
· Maintain excellent customer service
· Have a positive approach to personal development
· Some warehouse and porter work required

Working Hours
· Average working week is 5 days between Monday to Saturday
· Start times are job dependant, but usually between 7-8am
· Due to the nature of the work, weekly hours and finish times are not set so flexibility is required
Essential Criteria
· Drivers - 12 Months Driving experience and clean licence
· A level of physical fitness and health that meets the physical demands of the role
· Strong teamwork skills
· An ability to keep calm under pressure
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· A dedication to providing good customer service
· A strong commitment to the personal development of yourself and others
