Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, PAYE, and HMRC procedures
Experience managing end-to-end payroll; familiarity with Payfit, HiBob, and Deltek Maconomy is a plus
Pension scheme administration knowledge and auto-enrolment experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (e.g. VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and approachable
Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail

This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a collaborative, forward-thinking company. If you’re a payroll professional looking for a flexible, part-time role with autonomy, we’d love to hear from you.
For this role you must be available immediately and ongoing in order for your application to be successful.
