Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Associate Lecturer in Sports to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have industry experience within the sports sector and possess the flexibility to adapt to the various levels and needs of our learners. You will deliver highly effective teaching, learning, and assessment across coaching, health & fitness and sport science courses, programs, and subjects, contributing to the college's high standards of quality. The post holder will be joining an outstanding department that prides itself on constantly improving and developing teaching, learning, assessment techniques and strategies. You would be working in an environment where you will be encouraged to devote time to innovative teaching approaches which will stimulate the learners and ensure that the provision continues to be bigger, better and different.
Responsibilities
* Deliver effective teaching, learning, and assessment across coaching, health & fitness and sport science courses, programs, and subjects.
* Contribute to the college’s high standards of teaching quality and continuous improvement.
* Engage in innovative teaching approaches to stimulate learners and enhance provision.
