We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to lead the team at our York Outlet Store on a full‑time (37.5‑hour) basis.
Responsibilities
* Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the sales floor.
* Drive and motivate the team to achieve store sales and KPI targets.
* Act as a strong brand ambassador, delivering our customer service program and providing detailed product knowledge to customers.
* Manage the customer journey from start to finish, including personalised fragrance consultations and other signature services.
* Support the team with general store tasks such as stock management, cleaning and replenishment.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, including supervisory duties.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate a team.
* High personal grooming standards and a passion for luxury brands.
* Flexibility to adapt working arrangements to meet business requirements.
