Job Title: Office Administrator
Our client, an independent investments and building company, is looking for an experienced individual to carry out administrative and basic financial operations across the business.
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Attend client meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions
2. Oversee the facilities of the office building and tenants
3. Arrange and attend weekly team meetings
4. Perform all general day-to-day office-related duties
Skills, Experience, and Attributes:
* Experience working in a similar office role
* Proficiency with Xero, all Microsoft Office packages, and OneDrive
* Ability to multi-task across a wide range of duties
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills to deal with clients and staff at all levels
* Confident, resilient, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Additional Information:
Offering a competitive salary depending on experience, along with excellent benefits and training. The role is ideally full-time, Monday – Friday, but flexible arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. This is an office-based role due to the nature of the work.
