Description
* Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Liaise with stakeholders across the wider business.
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Ensure accurate consolidation of group financial statements.
* Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
* Support the budgeting and forecasting processes across the group.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts and audits.
* Maintain and improve financial controls and processes within the organisation.
* Provide support for ad hoc financial projects and initiatives.
Profile
A successful Group Management Accountant should have:
* A recognised accounting qualification or is close to completion (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting skills.
* Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
