Experience / Qualifications
1. Previous experience in youth work or education
2. Strong knowledge of the specific activities that can be taught
3. Ability to effectively communicate and educate children and young adults
4. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
5. Organisational skills to plan and manage sessions and events
6. Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for youth work
