* Senior Sous Chef position overseeing a fast-paced kitchen operation
* Working within a busy, fresh food banqueting environment
* Supporting and collaborating with an experienced Banqueting Head Chef
* Operating across a multi-outlet property

* Strong background in high-volume, fresh food operations
* Proven experience at Senior Sous Chef level with a banqueting or events background
* Passionate leader with the ability to train and develop a brigade
* Self-motivated with a strong team ethic
