Job Description:
Beannchor is one of Northern Ireland's largest hospitality companies, including properties such as The Merchant Hotel and several licensed properties across Northern Ireland. Beannchor has the following vacancy:
Maintenance Electrician
The role involves:
1. All aspects of maintenance covering electrical, plumbing, and various trades required to maintain the running of the hotel and licensed properties.
2. Working as part of a small team of maintenance engineers.
The salary for this role is £35,535.
The successful candidate will be:
* Qualified, time-served Electrician.
* Proven experience within a maintenance environment (minimum 3 years, desirable five years).
* Ideally within the hospitality service sector.
* Good IT skills.
* Good communication skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to resolve problems and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
* Ability to deal with other contractors or maintenance staff and various Heads of Departments.
* Resourceful and self-motivated.
* Able to work as part of a team or on own initiative.
* Required to work a weekend every 4 weeks.
* For insurance purposes, the candidate must be over 25 and have a full UK driving licence.
