Applications are invited from committed and experienced Registered Nurses, Allied Health Professionals or Social Workers tolead theSupported Living team as Band 7 Manager, or Band 6 Deputy Manager within the Adult Learning Disabilities Service on the beautifulIsland of Guernsey, in the Channel Islands.
The Supported Living Team provides independent livingaccommodation at two sites where resident Service Userslive in rented or partial ownership flats andhave a range of care and support services delivered to their door from an on-site care and support team.
Service Usershave access to communal on-site facilities including hairdressers, restaurants, lounges and assisted bathing facilities.
Guernsey provides a comprehensive and high quality Health and Social Care service to Adults with Learning Disabilities over 18 across the island.
Please note; Guernsey has adopted the AfC banding system, but have applied their own salary scale, as above.
The current Band 7salary range is £55,578 to £73,085 and for Band 6 is£46,152 to £62,310
Both roles offeran annual bonus of £1,605 and higher unsocial hours enhancements; 36% evening/Saturday and 72% Sunday/BH. (2026 salary review in process)
Annual leave starts at 36 days up to 42 days with full credit for NHS service for annual leave and sick leave.

NMC-Registered Learning Disabilities or Mental Health Nurse, or HCPC-registered Allied Health Professional or UK-registered Social Worker
Significant post-graduate Adult Disabilites experience
To hold a current driving licence
