Essential experience for this Dispute Resolution Senior Associate Solicitor role:
* Experience as a Solicitor in the UK with 6-10 years PQE
* Contractual disputes
* Company disputes
* Cross border disputes
* Partnership disputes
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Business Partnership disputes
* Corporate fraud
Qualifications for this Dispute Resolution Senior Associate Solicitor vacancy:
* Senior Solicitor - admitted in England & Wales 6 - 10 years PQE
* Strong advocacy experience
* Good negotiation skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Business development experience
