Overview
Part-time, permanent Coordinator to manage and maintain HR generalist duties, H&S and ISO documentation and compliance for a well-established family-run manufacturing firm based in Bradford. This is a fully onsite role with a flexible schedule, designed to provide a mix of morning and afternoon hours to align with production shifts.
Responsibilities
* Generalist HR duties and some ER cases, with support from an external HR consultancy.
* Documentation and communications around company-wide HR and ISO standards.
* Maintain robust, proven HR and compliance processes in collaboration with the managing director and existing team.
* Coordinate on-site activities and touch points with both morning and evening production shifts.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Recent experience with HR, H&S and ISO at an associate or intermediate level.
* Genuine interest in H&S, a people-centric approach, excellent eye for detail and strong conscientiousness.
* CIPD qualification would be advantageous.
Location, Hours & Onsite Details
Fully onsite in Bradford, West Yorkshire. Approximately 24-30 hours per week; flexible on days and start/finish times, with a combination of morning and afternoon hours to accommodate production shifts.
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary up to £34,000 p.a. pro-rata; salary range £30,000 to £34,000 p.a. pro-rata. Holidays: 23 days pro-rata plus bank holidays. Free onsite parking available.
