Sales and Contracts Co-ordinator

Are you an organised, confident communicator who loves building relationships and delivering top-notch service? We’re recruiting for a Contract Sales Co-ordinator to join a busy and supportive team based in Redditch.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning enquiries into long-term client partnerships. You’ll play a key part in maintaining smooth client relationships and supporting the sales process from quotation to completion.
The Sales and Contracts Co-ordinator's day to day duties are as follows:
Producing and following up professional quotations, ensuring all information is accurate and presented to a high standard
Acting as the main point of contact for client contractual queries
Reviewing renewal quotes and ensuring all pricing aligns with company guidelines
Confidently presenting service offerings and supporting opportunities across multiple departments
Building strong relationships with Account Managers and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience
Meeting monthly targets for conversion, retention, and new lead turnaround
Identifying ways to drive profitability through new products, improved processes, and client rates
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
The Successful Sales and Contracts Co-ordinator must have the following skills/experience:
Previous experience in a similar administrative, coordination, or sales support role
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and analytical abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary £27000
Hours Mon-Friday 08.30-17.00 with a 30-minute break
Pension Scheme with contributions of 5% being matched by the company
25 days holiday with the addition to buy an additional 5 days.
