Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT MSP Sales Account Manager to join our expanding team in our Disking IT division, based in Hampshire. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission to provide outstanding managed IT solutions & security services to our clients. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
* Identify new sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
* Utilise our ERP to manage accounts and track sales activities
* Analyse market trends to inform sales strategies
* Collaborate with the support department to ensure customer satisfaction
* Provide leadership within the sales team to achieve targets
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts
* Attend weekly & monthly meetings (breakfast included)
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
* Analytical skills to assess market data and performance metrics
* Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory
* A proactive approach with a passion for customer success
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
