Responsibilities
1. Manage engineering project delivery from planning through execution.
2. Develop technical and commercial documentation to support project goals.
3. Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities.
4. Ensure compliance with client methodologies and quality standards.
5. Coordinate across engineering disciplines for integrated delivery.
6. Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
7. Minimum 10 years post-graduate engineering experience, with at least 3 years in the water industry.
8. Proven leadership managing teams of 10+ in complex projects.
9. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
10. Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
11. Relevant degree and Chartered status or equivalent preferred.
12. Project management certification (Prince2, PMQ, MSP) desirable.
