Role Description
This is a dynamic inside sales position, ideal for someone with experience in
customer service, telesales, or another customer-facing role
who wants to grow into a commercial career.
You'll be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers
on behalf of one or two of our clients
, introducing their solutions, and booking qualified meetings with decision-makers. Each project gives you the chance to learn a new industry, sharpen your sales skills, and see how different businesses solve problems.
You'll work closely with our clients and internal team to ensure a smooth handover from first conversation to booked meeting, playing a key role in building client pipelines and customer projects. As JouKnow grows, there will be opportunities to progress into
account management
, where you'll manage ongoing relationships and play a bigger role in delivering value to clients.
What You'll Do
* Contact prospective customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
* Qualify leads and secure meetings with decision-makers.
* Adapt messaging to different client projects and industries.
* Track all activity accurately in CRM and provide feedback to clients.
* Collaborate with the JouKnow team to improve outreach campaigns and approaches.
* Build commercial knowledge and develop the skills to grow into account management.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in customer service, telesales, or another customer-facing role.
* Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with decision-makers.
* Resilient, proactive, and motivated by achieving results.
* Ability to manage your time effectively across client projects.
