What does working as a Level 3 Nursery Assistant involve?
* Supporting young children between the ages of 0-5
* Ensuring a warm and encouraging atmosphere for young children in your care to thrive
* Co-operating with and following instructions from the Nursery Manager
* Upholding a clean and safe nursery setting
* Following and adhering to safeguarding procedures
* Working with infants both on a 1:1 basis and group setting
* Commitment to education and training

What do you need to work as a Level 3 Nursery Assistant?
* A Cache or NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Childcare / Early Years
* First aid training (desireable)
* Proven experience supporting young children between the ages of 0-5
* A valid, Enhanced DBS Certificate or the willingness to apply for one
* A pro-active and 'can do' attitude
