About the duties of the Estimator VDA:
11. Accurately review and produce repair estimates using Audatex software
12. Assess vehicle damage and liaise with insurance companies and customers
13. Coordinate repair processes ensuring quality and efficiency
14. Prepare detailed estimates for vehicle body repairs and VDA reports
15. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams throughout the repair process
16. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry regulations
17. Contribute to achieving team and individual targets for service excellence
Requirements for the Estimator VDA:
18. Proven experience as an Estimator VDA within a bodyshop environment
19. Strong knowledge of Audatex estimating software
20. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
21. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
22. Good communication skills to liaise with customers, insurers, and colleagues.
23. A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
24. Automotive industry qualifications or relevant experience advantageous
