Developing a Comprehensive User Feedback System
Join our UX team to design and implement a comprehensive user feedback system that will shape how we gather and use customer insights. This hands-on project involves engaging with stakeholders, creating feedback tools, and testing your system on a project to see real-world impact.
The duties of the role will include:
Researching and gathering information from various stakeholders to develop guidelines and forms for collecting accurate user feedback for the UX team. Establishing procedures for filtering and sharing feedback with relevant internal departments, and implementing best practices for user testing and feedback collection.
You have the opportunity to gain experience in:

* Studying or experienced in UX, Product Design, or similar fields, or understanding the importance of user input in design

To be eligible for a summer internship, you must:
* Have studied or be studying at a New Zealand tertiary education institute (students who have completed study overseas are not eligible).
* Be studying at NZQA level 6-10, or if study has been completed, the last semester must be less than 12 months ago.
* Be studying science, technology, engineering, design, or business.
* Be legally permitted to work in New Zealand.
* Not have been previously employed at our business unless part-time or temporary.
* Not have undertaken more than two Experience Grant Internships with us.
This is a fixed-term paid summer internship for 400 hours, starting Monday, 17th November 2025.
