Business Development Manager
Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are supporting one of our established clients to search for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their corporate consulting team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and pursue new business opportunities across corporate sectors, with a focus on employee benefits solutions
* Establish and nurture lasting client relationships, promoting trust and stability
* Monitor emerging market trends and contribute to new service development
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience in business development or sales within insurance, employee benefits, or professional services
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot) with a data-driven approach to sales tracking
