Job Title: Pelvic Health Service Lead Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE base salary, plus performance-based commission Hours: Permanent position, full-time 40 hours a week, shift work including weekends Reporting to: Head of Physiotherapy / Chief of Staff Location: Central London
The Role
Ten are visionaries in the field of pelvic health, having launched their pelvic health service in 2023 and achieved significant growth, offering Women’s and Men’s health. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Pelvic Health Service Lead who will facilitate continual growth of the pelvic health service whilst also working to change the landscape of pelvic health physiotherapy.
The pelvic health service is a pivotal part of Ten. You will be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary clinical team and wider internal stakeholders to drive service visibility and ensure the ongoing development of this innovative and fast-paced service.

Clinical Responsibilities:
* Deliver a gold-standard level of care for women’s and men’s health clients, supporting them through all stages of care with a focus on long-term health and longevity.
* Extensive experience in both women’s and men’s health physiotherapy.
* Have experience in Pilates and dynamic reformer Pilates, or a willingness to develop in this area.
* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external consultants and specialist networks to support integrated care.
* Undertake comprehensive assessments and evidence-based treatment of clients across a range of presentations, including obstetric, musculoskeletal, continence, urogynaecological, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction conditions.
* Conduct vaginal and ano-rectal examinations as part of thorough and sensitive clinical assessments where appropriate.
* Provide specialist advice and education to clients on prevention strategies and proactive measures to support their long-term health and wellbeing.
* Communicate with empathy, clarity, and understanding to ensure clients feel supported and empowered throughout their care journey.
* Take responsibility for the organisation, prioritisation, and clinical planning of your own caseload, ensuring timely and appropriate care.
* Contribute actively to the multidisciplinary team, collaborating with trainers, clinical exercise specialists, physiotherapists, and massage therapists to deliver a holistic, client-centred service.
* Lead and monitor service delivery in line with agreed KPIs and performance metrics.
* Ensure efficient use of resources to deliver high-quality care within budgetary constraints.
* Work collaboratively with the Head of Physiotherapy & Chief of Staff to forecast, track, and report on budget performance.
* Ensure all team members meet required professional qualifications, maintain clinical competencies, meet clinical quality expectations, and align with organisational policies.
* Promote a culture of continuous professional development and evidence-based practice by identifying training needs and implementing programmes to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
* Advise and lead on the design and development of innovative, client-centred pelvic health services, products, and partnerships.
* Use data insights, feedback, and current research to inform service development and enhance outcomes.
* Optimise the client journey to improve access, reduce delays, and increase client satisfaction.
* Foster a high-performance culture through mentorship, supervision, and structured development opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance integrated care pathways.
* Represent the pelvic health service in multidisciplinary forums and strategic planning discussions.
* Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives in line with best practices and emerging trends.
* Encourage a proactive, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
Additional Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in pelvic health physiotherapy is desirable
Experience:
* 7 years Physiotherapy experience, minimum of 3 years working full-time in pelvic health/women's health
* POGP membership
* London-based experience is desirable
* Links with London gynaecology and urology consultants desirable
