Are you a proactive and detail-oriented administrator looking for your next challenge?We're looking for a Business Support Administrator to join our busy and collaborative Business Support Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys problem-solving, and is confident working with systems and processes. You'll play a key role in supporting both the Business Support team and other departments, helping to deliver excellent service to our clients while ensuring smooth internal operations.
The Role
You'll be responsible for maintaining key business systems, managing compliance documentation, and supporting the invoicing and reporting process.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties
Maintain and optimise the CAFM system
Review job progress and quality, ensuring accurate closure and invoicing
Process engineers' reports and expenses, checking for discrepancies
Manage compliance paperwork and share correct certification with clients
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding outstanding invoices
Navigate the Paperless system and escalate invoice queries for approval
Ensure timely and accurate job shutdowns for invoicing
Monitor client portals and provide compliance reports and certificates
Review WIP reports and escalate outstanding items
Generate weekly and monthly site activity reports
Respond to general enquiries promptly
Support management with complaint investigations
Assist other departments with ad-hoc projects
Be cross-trained to cover Service Desk and Technical Administrator duties when required Requirements
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using CAFM systems (preferred but not essential)
A proactive, solutions-focused approach

£24,000 - £26,000 per annum
