The Kinship Care Team undertakes focussed and specialised assessments of kinship carers and delivers tailored support to kinship families.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a child focused, skilled and enthusiastic person to join the service. Staff within the Kinship Care Team will work with key partners to develop a shared understanding of the service and to gather feedback to help shape ongoing and future development.
