Your Role As Team Leader, you’ll support the Registered Manager in shaping and delivering this innovative service. You’ll: Lead and manage shifts, making key decisions in real time. Supervise and inspire a team of Residential Workers. Champion trauma-informed, relational care practices. Take the lead in planning, recording, and reviewing care. Help shape a culture of aspiration, dignity, and unity. What You’ll Bring Significant experience in residential childcare. A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills.
