We’re launching a brand-new, trailblazing Children’s Home in Seaham - The Beacon – designed to offer planned respite care that helps children and families stay together working with Supporting Solutions. Your Role As Team Leader, you’ll support the Registered Manager in shaping and delivering this innovative service. You’ll: Lead and manage shifts, making key decisions in real time. Supervise and inspire a team of Residential Workers. Champion trauma-informed, relational care practices. Take the lead in planning, recording, and reviewing care. Help shape a culture of aspiration, dignity, and unity. What You’ll Bring Significant experience in residential childcare. A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills. A passion for making a difference and a mindset that embraces challenge and change. What You’ll Get Basic salary: £32,597 - £36,363 (starting salary based on experience) Enhancements: Earning potential up to £5,000 extra for sleep-ins, unsociable hours, and overtime.
