Your new company
You will be a part of a small HR team and provide first-class HR support and guidance to the business. You will help the organisation deliver its business strategy and objectives by effectively recruiting and developing people and managing performance.
You will be responsible for providing first line contact and case management advice for all HR enquiries.
Your new role
1. Provide first line contact and case management, advice, guidance and coaching to line managers in the areas of HR, including absence management, discipline, grievance.
2. Maintaining accurate HR records, both manual and electronic, in line with best practice and GDPR.
3. Coach Line Managers as appropriate to support them in managing their teams.
4. Assist with recruitment and onboarding activity to ensure the demands of the business are met in a timely manner.
5. Assist with workforce planning
6. Identify/Support/lead HR projects.
7. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are reviewed regularly with appropriate changes consulted and approved by HRD.
8. Provide weekly and monthly data to meet KPI's, monitoring and reporting on trends to inform the HRD and the business.
9. Support learning and development activities, including identifying and analysing training needs and delivering solutions.
