A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Great Harwood is seeking a full-time EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. This role involves working closely with pupils in the Early Years Foundation Stage who are currently awaiting EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) assessments. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to EYFS pupils with emerging additional needs Work alongside teaching staff to create a nurturing, stimulating learning environment Assist in observing, recording, and assessing children's progress Help implement early intervention strategies while EHCP processes are underway Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and external professionals ✅ We’re looking for someone who: Has experience working in EYFS or with SEN pupils Understands child development and early intervention approaches Is patient, adaptable, and resilient Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team Contract: Full-time, Monday–Friday September 2025 This is a fantastic opportunity to be a vital part of a supportive school community and help shape the future for children with additional needs.
