We're looking for a Digital Systems Innovator to join our team. This role focuses on maximising the value of our CAFM system and other digital tools, supporting colleagues in getting the most out of our technologies.

Main duties of the role:
* ·Take ownership of our CAFM system (Clockwork), ensuring it is fully utilised, effective, and consistently applied across the business.
* Identify and unlock underused features and functionality within the CAFM system to maximise efficiency, accuracy, and value.
* Work with teams to refine CAFM workflows and processes, ensuring the system supports operational needs and best practice.
* Collaborate with departments to maximise system functionality, developing dashboards, workflows, and internal solutions that support operational and compliance needs.
* Develop and enhance PowerApps applications and Power BI dashboards to meet operational and reporting requirements.
* Work with multiple systems (including CAFM) to design and implement effective integrations, including complex API-based solutions.
* Analyse data and present clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend system or process improvements.
* Work closely with colleagues across all functions to identify challenges and design system-based solutions that are practical, consistent, and user-friendly.
* Configure, test, and implement new features or system changes.
* Produce training resources and deliver informal training to support adoption of new tools or features.
* Keep up to date with emerging technologies and tools that could benefit the business.
