Job Title: Senior S alesforce Administrator/Project Manager Department: Commercial Responsible to: Head of Strategic Operations Hours: 28 (10-month FTC) Grade: Salary £45,000 pro-rated Location: RCN HQ 20 Cavendish Square London RCNi supports the work-life balance of our staff through our SMART Working policy outlining our approach to agile and flexible working Overall Aim RCNi is offering a full-time 10-month fixed-term contract to a technically proficient Senior Salesforce Administrator/Project Manager with proven knowledge of CRM development project work, configuration, and sales and finance processes, exemplary communication skills and ability to lead Salesforce projects independently. The role holder will be responsible for supporting stakeholders to define and implement an end-to-end system that will enable invoicing via API with a new finance platform. Known functionality setup requirements include: tax code auto-calculation flows; high-discount approvals functionality; auto-triggered credit check flows; automated field mapping to templated order confirmation forms with built-in e-signature functionality; a cancellation/credit note system linked to Opportunities; field outputs to align with new invoice formats; alignment of cross-system account IDs; exporting/importing accounts; account duplication auditing and merging; decimal point rounding formula on the opportunity amount. The role holder must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, plan their time carefully and meet milestone deadlines. Specific Aims/Key Responsibilities Analysis of current setup (as is) Lead stakeholder project group scoping and discovery sessions o Gather all stakeholder requirements o Design and document desired end-to-end system (to be) o Define individual functionality deliverables as a user story o Ensure alignment with both sales and finance stakeholders on how the deliverables will work and how the end-to-end system will work o Ensure deliverables will meet finance auditor regulations Create a test plan with available resource Work with consultants where additional technical support is necessary Configure agreed functionality in the Sandbox Lead user acceptance testing Oversee API connection testing Document new processes for end users Train sales and finance users in new functionality Creation of reports for sales and finance stakeholders Troubleshooting after Go Live Required Skills / Experience Minimum 7 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role in a business environment Salesforce advanced administrator certification Project management qualifications Experience leading Salesforce-related projects that require finance and sales stakeholder collaboration Demonstrable communication and problem-solving skills Experience devising and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet the needs of sales and finance processes In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce front and back-end functionality Demonstrable knowledge of sales and finance protocols A bachelors degree in computer science is preferred Equality and diversity To promote good equality practice and play a key role in ensuring equality of opportunity in the workplace.
