Job Title: Technical Project Manager – Wireless & Telecoms
Location: Midlands or South – Hybrid (3–4 days on-site, 1–2 WFH)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Expenses
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We’re supporting a leading UK-based wireless comms provider looking to add a Technical Project Manager to their growing delivery team. If you're comfortable engaging with customers and have a strong technical grounding - this could be a great next step.
This is a hybrid role with regular travel to customer sites (fully expensed), supporting project delivery across critical comms environments in sectors like utilities, transport, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver telecoms/wireless infrastructure projects from end to end
* Interpret and act on technical documentation such as network diagrams and engineering plans
* Communicate effectively with clients - managing updates, challenges, and expectations
* Visit customer sites around twice per month (travel and accommodation covered)
* Support applications for payment and project documentation (NEC3/NEC4 understanding a plus)
* Collaborate with internal engineers and project stakeholders
Must-Have Skills:
* Strong experience in telecoms, wireless, or radio-based projects
* Technical understanding - able to read and interpret engineering documentation
* Excellent client-facing skills
* Willingness to travel with flexibility to visit customer sites as needed
* Full UK driving licence
Nice to Have:
* Experience with NEC3/NEC4 (construction or government-related contract knowledge)
* Background as a radio engineer transitioning into project management
* DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) experience
* Able to pass background checks for airside clearance (not essential but beneficial)
